Happy Hump Day!!!!! I hate to say it..but I must! Another beautiful perfect day!! It was warm yesterday, I think my car temp said 92. Today it has cooled down a bit and going to stay in the high 70’s. I have SPRING FEVER big time! I feel like lounging by the pool today..but I can’t. 🙁 Too much work to do.
Look at this yummy salad I made for dinner last night. I added grilled chicken to it and it was a super delicious meal. CostCo comes out with a new recipe book.. I think once a year. I sat down the other night and picked a few new ones to try. This one was great, if you want the recipe..let me know! 🙂
