Hi everyone! Good morning! I am ready for another full day of work…however I do need to take a few hours off and hit the gym big time today. Not just weights, but cardio too! Oh joy! Another birthday in my family today and he wants to go out for a yummy Italian meal tonight. I won’t feel so guilty if I work out SUPER HARD!!!! There are so many birthday’s in June. Wow..big month! OMG it is so hot here, the humidity is starting to creep up and I wish it would just blast some rain. Monsoon season is here and I know a big storm is right around the corner.
