Happy Saturday all you sexy people!! I hope you have a great weekend!!! I am a little sleepy today..I woke up at 3:30 to quads cruising around behind my house. My dogs were freaking..they are such great watch dogs. I always feel safe when they are around. I had a hard time falling back to sleep after that..but I eventually did! Having a cup of coffee seems to be helping..my eyes are finally starting to open.

I have a busy Saturday…working until 2 or 3..then I will do some cardio on my treadmill..then wash my car and clean my house. Last but not least.. I want to check out a movie tonight …it has been awhile since I have treated myself to the theater.

I updated my new naughty video this morning, it is now live inside my members area. You can check out the sample on my site!! I shot this in Las Vegas on my last trip…the entire living room ceiling was covered with mirrors..parts of the video was shot through the mirrors. Some pretty cool angles!! Good morning..a big Happy Friday to you all!!! I woke  up early again…but today I woke up before the birds and it was still dark. I have been sleeping so amazing the past two nights. Not sure if it is because the windows are open and it is nice and crisp outside. Whatever the reason..I am a happy girl!

I had great dreams last night …fun, naughty, adventurous and exciting all rolled up into one!! NICE!

I had a busy catch up day yesterday, but last night I relaxed a bit. I read my new Bizarre Magazine and did some online shopping for some boots. Like I really NEED them? Ha! A girl can never ever have enough shoes. I did buy two pair of boots. Hopefully they will fit!

I found a quote in my magazine that I liked and wanted to share…”The relationship that matters most is the one you have with yourself!” I thought that was interesting! I find it very very true! Think about it~

I am off today to get my nails done and hit the gym! My workouts are taking over 2 hours..yikes! I know it is worth it so I keep plugging away! I hope you all have a fantastic Friday!!! ENJOY!!!

Good morning! I was up at 6:00 this morning… the birds singing next to my window woke me up. I love sleeping with my windows open ..and I really do love waking up to happy birds chirping. I am back from my camping trip…it was a great time! It was nice to escape the crazy fast pace of life and enjoy nature. I just love peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. Oh and the pine tree smell is awesome! Such a breath of fresh air! (literally) I have no doubt I will probably live in the mountains someday. Not yet..I love the desert..but someday!!! Didn’t see many animals except lots of squirrels and cows. ha! I was hoping to see some deer or elk. We did run into some hunters that were hunting wild turkeys. Also heard that there have been lots of bears spotted..but didn’t see them either. Which I was happy about. I got way too close to a bear one time..but that is another story I will share someday. YIKES! Let’s just say my little dog was almost his dinner. Scary!!! Speaking of dogs, I did take one of my dogs with me, he loves to ride on the RzR. He was very much spoiled and had fun!

Happy Sunday! It is such a beautiful morning! I was up at 6:30 and started my yoga first thing. That felt great! I love mornings! I seriously can not help being a morning person …I think we are programed. I have never been much of a night owl..ask my friends, I am always the first to crash. I am so exciting, I know. lol! I can think better in the mornings…I always took my college classes early..starting at 7:00. People thought I was nuts..well maybe I am! haha!

I am really loving October so far…it is cloudy and 68 today. OMG, what a breath of fresh air from the crazy hot summer heat. Last night was great …grilled out and relaxed outside ..really just enjoying life. The moon was huge and it was cloudy, I tried to take a pic, but it didn’t turn out the best. The moon kept hiding behind the clouds..it made for some gorgeous scenery! OH and by the way, my kabobs were awesome!! However I am not a fan of green peppers…love the red and yellow. Won’t be buying the green ones again, they are nasty. Tonight I am making a new Chinese recipe that I actually saw on TV. ~yum~

Nothing too crazy going on with me today…going to clean my house, do my laundry, workout and walk my dogs. They will be excited to get out of the house.

Happy Saturday everyone!!! Yippee..the weekend is here! I had a busy week so it is time to unwind a bit. I am off to have a massage this afternoon and no real plans after that. I need to get in my cardio for the day and I think I might make chicken kabobs for dinner. The weather is great so it would be a great night to cookout and chill on the patio.

Every time I exercise on my treadmill one of my dogs jumps on it when I am done. I give him 5-10 minutes at a time. He loves it! The other dogs are scared of it. I will have to make a video to show you all. It is hilarious..I say the word “run”..and he takes off to the workout room and stands there until I turn it on. ha, it is really cute! Now that the weather is cooling, I can start walking them again.

I am working on my new photo update today …it should be up soon!!

Good morning everyone!! Woohooo..Friday is here! It is gorgeous outside…in the 60’s and only hitting the 80’s. Ahhh, I am loving this!!

I have a busy Friday ahead….get some work done this morning, run some errands, workout and going out for an early dinner. I wanted to try and stay OUT of restaurants while I was on this new diet plan…it is hard to eat out healthy. So I think I will drink a protein shake first and snack on something light. Sounds like a plan to me. I can’t cancel.
