Reminiscing…good memories :))))

Good morning to you!! I hope your week..your Thursday is going great so far!!! I would love to be outside now…at a park walking my dogs. But nope..I must get some work done.  I can play this weekend. 🙂 The weather is so amazing, it’s hard to stay inside. I can’t believe Thanksgiving is a week from today. Wow! I am going to a friends house…a long time family friend. They have always been like my second family, they were my neighbors in Nebraska from kindergarten to after high school.  We all grew up together, we were very close. So instead of having one brother, I had a total of 4 including them. I was somewhat of a tomboy because of growing up with all boys. I obviously changed and became very girly girl. (which I like better) hehe! Any way…one of the brothers moved to AZ years ago and his entire family is coming from NE to celebrate Thanksgiving. It is going to be one big party!! I can’t wait to see everyone! Fun times ahead!

I spent a lot of time with my parents last weekend, both Saturday and Sunday which was awesome! They are remodeling their kitchen right now so my mom was going through all her cabinets and she found this coffee cup that I made for them …it must have been a Christmas gift because I drew a Christmas tree..and a flower too! It is so funny! I don’t remember how old I was when I made it …but omg, I was never a talented artist. lol! I still can not draw..maybe a stick person. ha! I just love to talk about old times and remember the fun times of being a kid. I was very lucky to have such a great upbringing! Boy..things have changed a lot! I would not want to be a kid now. Yikes! Of course being raised in the Midwest was low key and just an overall nice place to raise a family. I just didn’t enjoy it much as I got older because of the nasty cold winters. Which brought me to AZ!! So when I complain about the heat, tell me to shut up! ha!! Ok guys..enough babble for one day.

Love you guys!!!

Kisses,
Rach
