Hey hey everyone!! Yay…August 31st has arrived which means only one more month of scorching temps. Whew! August was the hottest month on record, hopefully we will see some relieve in Sept..for sure in October. At least I will be going on vacation so I am sure it will go fast!

I am so loving my new juice machine!!! I went to Whole Foods the other day and bought an entire cart full of organic fruits and vegetables. That cost me 92.00!! What? I guess I will be shopping around for better prices. Yikes, that is expensive! I had to take a pic because it was kind of funny, I usually have some type of junk food in my cart. lol! Seriously though the juicer rocks! I am drinking 2-3 juices a day. I much prefer the fruits, but the veggies are so important in our diet. I have been trying new recipes and some are really good..and some are really really bad!!!

I have another crazy busy day…not much play for me until the weekend. Ohhh and it is a holiday weekend too! Even better!!!

Ohhh Monday again? The weekends go way too fast…don’t they? I had such a great weekend and I am preparing for a busy week ahead. I had so much fun yesterday. I went up North to buy some more fruits and veggies…so delicious! I picked some more tomatoes, they are so much better than what you buy in the grocery store. All organic and cheaper too! Went out for lunch at a Mexican restaurant…it was a dive, but really good! The salsa was super hot, just the way I like it..matched pretty good with a nice cold beer. I met up with Chica last night for a Sunday night cocktail! Fun times!

I am swamped this week with so much going on with work and appointments. Here we go! I can’t wait for vacation, it is coming soon! YAY!

Good morning peeps! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend so far!! I woke up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 6:30!! Which means ..”alert, frisky and playful!” I had a productive Saturday and treated myself to the Cheesecake Factory last night ..Yum! This morning I am going to go workout and head out of town for the day. I am going up North to buy some fresh fruits and veggies..yes that means more tomatoes. It is the end of season for them so I must have a few more. It should be a little cooler there too. Probably play around a bit and have lunch…make it a fun day.

Good morning, happy weekend everyone! I hope you will make it great! I am thinking about all the people on the East coast and hoping they will be safe! Scary weather!! Speaking of weather, it was/is soooo hot here! (117 degrees) Yesterday I was running around all day in that crazy heat..I had a hair appointment and a bunch of errands to run. I came home to pretty up for a surprise b-day party which was also outside. They had a cabana ..the misters were running but it was HOT! Needless to say I had a very sweaty body. lol! Ok..that can be sexy.

My new pics went live this morning. A big thank you to “heynow” for the super sexy bodystocking. I love it! I did get another bodystocking from Stephen which I will be shooting in soon!! I have the best people in my life, I am so blessed! Love you guys!

I have lots of work to do today and will also be kicking some ass in the gym this afternoon. I had a few drinks last night including a shot of tequila with my g/f Julie..and I feel great today! Glad I didn’t abuse myself, I am so over the hangovers.

Good morning!!   It feels like Friday for some reason, weird. I am all rested and energized from my shoot on Tuesday. I enjoyed some relaxation yesterday. I took a nice long nap on the couch, then I rented a movie and snuggled up with my doggies. I pulled all the curtains shut and loved my cool dark house. It was so miserably hot yesterday..I think I heard 116 ..Ouch!!!! Not that I am surprised..but I still don’t like it. This is the time of year I ask myself WHY WHY WHY do I live here? lol! Of course come October and I know that answer. It is going to reach 112 today and I can’t hide out in my house again today. lol! I have to venture out to the gym. I bought a new juicer the other day and I am loving it! I have tried oranges, apples, grapes, carrots, pineapples, strawberries and peaches so far. I took a trip to Costco and bought tons of fruits..now I need to work on trying more veggies. It came with a recipe book so hopefully I can add some new healthy things into my diet.

Ok Ok..I must get to work now. Create a great Thursday everyone!! ENJOY!

Good afternoon!! I hope you are enjoying your hump day so far! I had so much fun shooting yesterday!! I hope you will like the goodies coming your way. After my shoot I met up with Chica for dinner and cocktails. I had two drinks and a big juicy cheeseburger. I only ate part of it and was going to bring the rest home to my dogs, but I left it in the hotel refrigerator. It was super yummy too! I am pretty tired today, I didn’t go to sleep until 2:00 and woke up at 6:00. I can’t sleep in even if I try…so I will be taking a nap later. Today is my dad’s birthday so I will be having a bite of b-day cake tonight…just a small bite. I will need to work out extra hard tomorrow.

Off to work now..and maybe a nap soon.

I just love that quote!! Happy Sunday..hope you are enjoying your weekend so far! Mine is good! I had fun Friday night with friends. They got their guitars out and of course we all did some dancing and singing. I woke up yesterday morning and went out for a monster breakfast…eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. Of course I didn’t eat it all, I just kind of wanted a little taste of everything. I took one of my dogs so needless to say he ate like a King too. hehe! Been trying to get my dogs out of the house one by one more..give them some special individual attention. I am sure I burned off all those calories yesterday cleaning my house. I worked my ass off…and now I can sit back and enjoy my spotless house. Ahh, I love that. Today I am going to get some work done, go to the gym and run some errands. I have a really busy week to prepare for. I am shooting Tuesday…Yay! Can’t wait for that! I have two family birthdays this week too. My dad’s is on Wednesday and my sis in law is Thursday. And Friday I have a few appointments. And lots of other stuff in between. I can’t wait to go on vacation in Sept..I will need it!

Happy Friday! Yay! I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead! I will be working most of Saturday and Sunday, but I am sure I will find some time to have a little fun and relax too. A pretty big storm rolled through last night and some parts of the valley got hit hard! Luckily it was not my area. It looked like a tornado hit..lots of damage. Sad..poor people. You don’t expect that here in Phoenix. Nebraska YES, Arizona NO! Crazy weather! While it was storming I decided to bake some oatmeal raisin cookies…I couldn’t sit still. I found the best recipe!! They have no sugar in them..overall pretty healthy for a cookie. I do get a sweet tooth once in awhile, not often..I am more of a “salt” girl. I need to bake more often, my house smelled soooo good..so cozy and warm. M’m M’m!!
