Happy Sunday everyone!! I hope your weekend is going great so far!! 
I woke up with the worst headache..and it wasn’t from drinking. I only had 2 glasses of wine last night with dinner. It was more like a sinus headache. OUCH! I took some Advil and it didn’t touch it..which that usually always works for me. I went to the gym early and that seemed to do the trick. Bye-bye headache! Working out does amazing things for our bods!! 
I am heading out to the pool now for some relaxation.
