Monday..Monday
Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! I had good & bad both..Friday night was fun because I went out with friends for dinner and drinks!! 🙂 Saturday was fun too..I went to a local farm again to pick up some more tomatoes and veggies. I love this place ..I am so glad I found it! I had my family over for dinner last night and we watched True Blood. I don’t watch much TV, but I do love that show!! I pretty much went swimming all afternoon on Saturday..worked on my tan! 🙂 However, I woke up yesterday and Josie was sick. It’s crazy to think on Saturday she is swimming and on Sunday she is sick again! Her cancer has returned already. I was so devastated to see her lymph nodes huge again! She has not been able to receive the chemo in weeks because her white blood cells were so low. She has an appointment today for chemo so I am really hoping he gives it to her. She is eating and drinking which is good! Shit..here we go again! I had so many emotions yesterday ..I know I need to face reality and understand she is going to die. It is very hard and makes me so sad.. but I do need to celebrate her life and not dwell on her death. She is such a good dog, I love her a lot! Wish us luck!
Don’t forget Fathers Day is this coming Sunday!! My brother is having a bbq for the family…plus my aunt will be in town and she is a riot! 🙂
