Good morning!! Buzz and I had a great trip to Vegas…it was a lot of fun!! However it was nice waking up in my own bed this morning. Home sweet home as they say. 🙂 It is so beautiful here in AZ right now..sunny and in the mid 60’s. I would love to see 70’s and 80’s but I won’t complain. The poor East coast…OUCH!! I feel for you all!! I would send some AZ heat your way if I could…but Mother Nature has a mind of her own. I am super excited to watch the Arizona Cardinals game today. I really hope they win..it would be so awesome to see them in the Super Bowl. 🙂 I am trying to catch up on work today and go back to the gym as well. I didn’t really eat too bad this trip, but I did have my share of cocktails which I am ready to detox my body of all that poison. Ughhhh!! I didn’t take a lot of pics this trip…but here are a few I did take. 😉 I am off to get some much needed work done. Have a wonderful Sunday…enjoy!

Hey Hey everyone!! Happy Sunday Funday!! I am working around my house today and washing my cars. Ugh..all that rain got them so dirty. I hate a dirty car…drives me nuts. I am a bit of a clean freak!! Just a bit. hehe! How about those Arizona Cardinals? Did you see the game last night? Omg, it was crazy!! Such a weird game…but I am happy they won. Do I think they will go to the SuperBowl? I hope so… but I don’t think so. Hopefully I am wrong!! It is a beautiful day today so I am going to try and get out to walk my dogs in a bit. The sun is bright and the sky is blue..not a cloud to be seen. 🙂 🙂 Makes me smile! 🙂 🙂 So let’s see…not much new with me right now. Just working out a lot and enjoying the new gym! Love it! I wish I would have joined a long time ago. Buzz and I are eating super healthy, it kind of sucks. haha! No just kidding…it’s not so bad. It’s kind of funny how the more junk I used to eat the more I craved it. Not so much anymore..however I will have a cheat day once in awhile. I can’t give up tacos and pizza forever ya know life is too short. ha! I prefer moderation in my life.

I want to thank HeyNow for the beautiful flowers. The BEST reason to get flowers…”just because we are friends!!” I feel like too many people expect flowers on Valentines Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries…etc I am not saying they are bad to get on those days, but I just think they are better to get unexpectedly.

My friend that owns an animal rescue hit me up this week and said he is need of donations…they lost their water source. He is so caring and so nice! He is the real deal…he lives his life to save and rescue animals. He mostly rescues abused and abandoned  horses, but  he does rescue other animals too. This is his full time “job” so I wanted to throw this out there for anyone that might want to give a donation. I know a lot of animal lovers and any little bit helps. 🙂 Thanks!! Some of the abuse these animals have suffered would break your heart..absolutely disgusting what some humans are capable of. If you are interested please go here.

Good morning!!! I hope you are enjoying the New Year so far!! 🙂 I always love the start of a new year…I don’t do those stupid resolutions, but I do set goals for myself. I have a feeling this is going to be a very interesting year. I don’t do boring..I am ready for change and it’s coming both personally and professionally!!! As I look back at 2015 it was an awesome year. My friends and family are happy and healthy and that alone makes life great. I never take that for granted because BOOM things can change in an instant. I saw a family member die right in front of me back in Oct of 2014 and needless to say it was horrific! He was happy one minute and the next he was dead…and he was only 40 years old. So sad!!! Ugh..oh boy that day still haunts me. Soooo people get out and enjoy every day you can. Life is way to short!! Tony (my dog) is still hanging in there, but he is slowing down. Hey he was diagnosed way back in March of 2014 and was not expected to make it a month…he is my miracle doggie!! I am so blessed to have him in my life still. 🙂 Back to work today which I happen to love! 😉 I am partied out..did I just say that? hehe! Yes it is true! Time to get back on the healthy path of life. Speaking of healthy..Buzz has now been smoke/nicotine free for 10 weeks this past Saturday. I can’t tell you how proud of him I am. He has tried to quit many many times in the past, but this was the first time he tried COLD TURKEY..it worked. He smells sooooooo good!! Sniff Sniff!! 😉 hehe! I am wishing you all a happy and healthy 2016. 🙂 🙂 🙂
