Good morning peeps!! Happy Hump Day! I am sooooo sore this morning. Omg! I worked out for 2 hours yesterday. I started a new workout plan last week and it takes 1.5-2 hours a day. Ohhh so long! I feel it big time..ouch! The 4th day is rest day..now I know why. I did try a new gym yesterday, it is way “fancy pants.” It has a nail/hair salon & even a restaurant in the gym..so that pretty much tells you what kind of gym it is. It is so nice!! It is very expensive though. It was nice working out in a new scenery, but I must go back to my boring ole gym. lol! No..my gym is cool..I especially like the movie theater room.

I met up with my girlfriend Chica for dinner and drinks last night..fun times as usual!!! We planned our next shoot and also our next camping trip. Yay!

Good morning peeps… another night of great sleep!!! I can get used to this. A beautiful day in Arizona, think I will lay out and get a little sun this afternoon. The gorgeous Tyler Faith is coming to town today to shoot for her site. You should check her out..she is AMAZING!!! TylerFaith.Net She will be here a few days …I can’t wait to see her.

I had a very productive day yesterday so I can relax a little today. I went to the doc yesterday for my yearly physical and was dreading giving blood. I hate needles!!! Probably why I have no tats! Seriously!! lol! Well everything went fine ..I survived. hehe!

Good morning! Happy Friday!! Whew..I am feeling a bit better today, my allergies are still bad, but at least I got some sleep last night. Holy shit Benadryl kicks ass! I took 1/2 pill and slept like a rock..didn’t hear a sound. This morning I am off to see my doc for an allergy shot..hopefully that will help. I have never had allergies this bad ever before. So strange!

We are having fun with Mark. I should say he is having fun too and very much enjoying the Arizona weather. He flew out of JFK on Wed morning and was one of the lucky ones, flights were cancelled after his because of the bad weather. He barely made it off the ground. The guys went out in the desert yesterday to ride and shoot their guns. Ohhh lots of testosterone…boys and their toys! Mark thought it was pretty cool..not at all like New Jersey.

He leaves tomorrow ..he is taking a bus to San Diego and off to Vegas after that. He is taking time to enjoy the West coast..a good time to do it.

Good morning! Ohhh it is going to be a great day. It has already been a great morning! It’s my Anniversary today so I am extra happy..feeling very blessed! It is a beautiful day outside..80’s and sunny. Exactly how it was 13 years ago when I got married. Love is in the air! I plan on spending this special day with my sweetheart and going out for a nice dinner tonight. I have to say I am so glad to see November arrive. October had some challenges. Whew!

I hope you all had a fun Halloween!! Mine was pretty quiet…I handed out candy, made some dinner and watched HBO shows. Overall my weekend was very relaxing and I like that.

My girlfriend Chica and I took some very sexy photos that I hope you will enjoy! I don’t take pics with girls much…I only do what I am comfortable doing and who I am comfortable being around. AND I love Chica…she is such a beautiful person inside and out!!
