Hey Hey everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend so far!!! I had a busy Saturday. I worked most of the day around my house..I cleaned, finished laundry, washed the Razor/cars and cooked. Whew! I did float around the pool for about an hour …and played ball with my dogs. They are such fish, they can’t seem to get enough of the water this summer. Today I am getting some work done and heading out to run a few errands. I invited my parents over for a cookout tonight to celebrate my dad’s b-day. I missed it when I was in Colorado. I always enjoy family time on Sundays.

Yesterday I found a baby Rattlesnake dead in my pool…sad! That probably means mama is close. I have to admit they scare me!! Guess I will have to patrol the backyard more. lol!

Good morning!! I hope you all had a great past few days! I know I did! WOW…what can I say about my trip to Colorado? It was soooo awesome! Hanging out with amazing friends, riding in the beautiful mountains, enjoying gorgeous nature and eating at some delicious restaurants. The town I stayed in was tiny!! I am not used to that type of small town, but it was super cool. I felt like I was back in the late 1800’s. Lots of great history there. Everyone was so nice!! The temps were awesome…it was mostly in the 50’s-60’s, but did get in the 30’s as we climbed the mountains. Brrrrr!! It was refreshing though, felt so nice to be out of the desert! I did see lots of animals too, the whole trip was excellent!! I feel rejuvenated and ready to get back to work. Lots to do today..and I must go workout. Yikes …the food was yummy, but not exactly healthy. Will be hitting the gym hard!!

Good morning everyone!!! Wow..Thursday already! This week by so fast…probably because I was super busy. Today I have a few  little projects to finish up on my computer and I need to start packing for my trip. I also need to prepare all my dogs meals ..oh yuk..that is so time consuming. But worth it!! My angels eat perfect and it shows! They are so healthy and happy..which makes me happy. It will be really nice to get away for awhile…escape the desert heat. I love Colorado..I could see myself living there someday. Well at least part of the year.

Good morning all you awesome people!! I hope you are having a great weekend so far! It is really hot here, I know…no surprise! Only a month and 1/2 of hell temps left. lol! I am counting down! Every year seems to get harder for me…the heat really gets to me, BUT it is still better than snow and ice. I really can’t see myself living anywhere else anytime soon, but perhaps have a little cabin in the mountains to escape to. I love nature and I know my dogs would dig it too. I spent most of the day in the pool yesterday ..it was relaxing! I went to see the Expendables last night. It was ok, Buzz liked it more than me. Duh! He goes to chick flicks with me, so I wanted to return the favor. Aren’t I sweet? hehe! Lots of testosterone going on in that theater. If you are a fan of Stallone, you will probably like it.

Today I have a lot of work to do..actually this entire week is pretty busy. I am leaving for a mini trip to Colorado to hang out with my good friends Allie & Jake! And Chica and Dave are coming too. Oh My..we are going to have lots of fun! We have some amazing things planned. Yay!

I already have tonight planned…Chinese food and HBO! I love Sunday nights!

Good morning!! I slept in a bit today..must have been those new cozy sheets I bought yesterday. hehe! It is a cloudy humid day..I wish it would just rain. It sprinkled a bit last night, but I would love to see some real rain! Bring it on! Today is the kind of day I just want to snuggle in bed and watch TV…but I won’t…I can’t. I have too much going on. Once I finish my morning work I am off to run errands and workout. I need to take my car into the dealership to have the oil changed and that means they will wash my car..which of course means it WILL indeed rain. Good morning!!! I can’t believe I am actually awake this early. I didn’t get to bed until 2:00. Ugh! I feel a little sleepy so I will probably take a nap sometime today. I am going to get some work done and chill the rest of the day. I had enough sun yesterday so I think I will relax inside and watch some TV, snuggle up with my doggies. The lake was so much fun yesterday, it was SOOOO hot. We floated in the water all day, was just way too hot to sit outside. My shoulders got burned, they hurt! ouch! I put sunscreen on, but it kept washing away. I am lucky to have darker skin cause they will be tan in a few days. I took some pics and I will post them soon.

Hey Hey! I am back from Vegas!! I had soooo much fun! Of course I ate and drank too much (duh) … I gambled and actually WON! I felt really lucky this trip..I came home  $350.00 richer. ~woohoo~ That makes me a happy girl. I could not win at the slot machines, but I won my first game of Keno and also playing Roulette. Roulette is my favorite! I met some really cool people at the tables. People are really nice there! I gambled downtown most of the time, I was not winning on the strip…so I jumped in a crazy taxi ride and headed downtown. Let’s just say I am a fan of the Golden Nugget now! Yay! Fun times! It is always nice going away, but great to come home too! Home Sweet Home! Not much planned for me this weekend, lots of pool time and cooking out. I feel very sleep deprived..so time for some R & R!
