I LOVE November!!
Good morning! Happy November everyone! I love November for many reasons…my Wedding Anniversary, my birthday and Thanksgiving!
We just celebrated Buzz’s birthday. It was so much fun, we had a lot of our CA friends come in for the weekend. 🙂 🙂 Lots of great memories for sure!
I miss many people in CA, but I must say we are having fun with old friends that live in Vegas. We know so many here and have been friends for 15 plus years. So cool catching up with them. There are WAY too many restaurants here. lol! It’s crazy! I of course am not complaining…I love trying all new places.
Buzz and I celebrated our 22nd Anniversary on the 1st. I feel so blessed every day to have this man in my life! Life is so much better sharing it with him! 🙂
My birthday is the 21st …I am still trying to decide what I want to do. Eat more? Yes probably!! hehe! 😉
Did you all have a nice Halloween??? The holidays are here again!! This is one of my favorite times of the year… nothing is better than spending time with family and friends!!
I can’t believe we have lived here for a month already…wow time flies! We are settled in and it feels like home. I don’t know how long we will be here, but I do see us staying for awhile. Moving sucks! I have a plan to beat the heat next summer. Luckily we do have a pool which helps. 😉 I think Buzz and I will become “snow birds” sooner than later. hehe! 😉
We went to the drag races this past Sunday…always a great time!! Buzz and I been going to drag races for 27 years!! It was a perfect day to spend outdoors. 🙂
If you know me I always need my nature fix!!! We spent an afternoon in Red Rock Canyon…there are lot of hiking and Jeep trails. We bought a year pass so we can go anytime. My parents are coming to visit soon and I know they would love to drive through. It’s really pretty, it reminds me of a small version of Sedona AZ.
So all this eating out and socializing has made me workout even more and harder!!! I am down to my goal weight and body fat, so now I just need to maintain. I never thought I would love CrossFit as much as I do. My body has responded well to it!! Yes even at 50!! LOL!!! 😉 😉 😉 Buzz and I have done a few yoga classes, but no spin classes yet. That’s next!
I have people asking me if I miss Ca …nope not yet, if ever! The only thing I do miss is riding my bike at the beach. Vegas is working out really good for us… always always go with your gut feelings!!

Another Thanksgiving… ;)
Good morning!! The doggies woke me today at 5 am..thanks a lot guys! 🙂 Buzz usually gets up before me, but he is not feeling too good. 🙁 Soooo I am up and at it early. I might try and put up my tree today…I am in the holiday spirit!! 🙂 🙂 I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!! I did!! It was a beautiful day to spend outside…my parents hosted this year. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal and some great wine!! 🙂 A perfect turkey day spent with family and friends. Now it’s time to move on to Christmas. I need to do some shopping, but like every year I will do MOST of it online. I do need to go to the mall one of these days… I will wait until the last minute. It’s more fun that way. ha!
So I found out who bought me the new shoes…thank you Stephen!! I love them, I wore them on my birthday. They are not only sexy, but comfortable too. Can’t ask for more than that. Steve Madden is my brand, they always fit perfect! Thanks again Stephen…and he also bought me some sexy panties. I will take some pics soon. I want to thank HeyNow for the awesome lucky bamboo. I like anything that has lucky attached to it. hehe! Thanks so much!! Another birthday, another Thanksgiving…where does the time go??
Our weather has started cooling down. A cold front is moving through so YAY it’s finally time to get out the boots, jeans and sweaters. Love it! I might have to plan a trip to Northern AZ soon to go play in the snow!!! 🙂
So my dog sitting is coming to an end. They are arriving from Thailand tonight and picking up their fur babies tomorrow. I will miss them, it’s been really fun having them…but of course a lot more work. I LOVE dogs!!!! Some day I will have lots of land with lots of animals. Dogs, cats, goats for sure….and many more I am sure of that. 🙂 My cat stays away from the dogs…he is so chill. He is the BEST! Buzz and I found him as a stray 3 years ago on Nov 18th and he has been a part of our family ever since. 🙂
