Good morning!!! Happy Monday everyone! 🙂 It is a chilly rainy morning in the desert. Brrrr! We spent the weekend up in the mountains playing in the snow. It was soooooo beautiful and a lot of fun!! 🙂 🙂 The dogs loved running in the snow!! It was so cute watching them play! 🙂 Saturday was cold and snowing, Sunday was sunny and in the 40’s. It felt really nice in the sun, not so much in the shade. It’s funny people don’t realize that it snows in Arizona. They think it is all desert. Nope! Only a two hour drive from my house and you are in another world. Pine trees, cabins, mountains and snow!! One of the many things I do love about Arizona. I took a ton of pics..here are some I wanted to share. Let’s see what else have I been doing? Buzz and I went out to one of our favorite steak houses on Thursday night. Enjoyed some cocktails and Filet Mignon. YUM! We like to treat ourselves to a “fancy” dinner once in awhile. I am not fancy at all, I actually prefer sitting outside drinking margaritas and eating chips and salsa. 😉 BUT we must do something different once in awhile. I am probably heading out today to do some Christmas shopping. I am totally in the Christmas spirit especially after playing in the snow and with the rain today. Buzz and I have been kicking ass in the gym lately. He has been smoke free/100 percent nicotine free for 7 weeks now!! WOOHOOOOOO! You have no idea how happy that makes me! I am super proud of him!!! I don’t make New Years resolutions…but I will say 2016 will be a healthy year for us. Lots of exercise and eating right. 🙂

Well I suppose that is enough babble for today. hehe! I hope you all have a wonderful week ahead!!

Good morning!! It’s chilly and raining in the desert..I love it!! 🙂 How was your weekend?? Mine was awesome!! We went riding to one of my favorite places in AZ. My parents went with and they had a blast!! It was a beautiful day and we all really enjoyed being out in nature. I cherish quality family time!! 🙂 I feel so blessed to have such an amazing family. Yesterday I relaxed and watched football…I enjoyed pizza and a bloody mary. YUM! Of course wayyyyy too much salt..but it was Sunday Funday. hehe! It was a rainy Sunday afternoon/evening so we decided to heat up the hot tub and jump in for some romantic time. We put up an umbrella and relaxed in the hot bubbles. Ohhh it was so peaceful listening to the rain. I love stuff like that..I appreciate the little things life brings. 🙂 So today is back to work, then off to the gym and get a massage. Not too terrible for a Monday. Right? 🙂 Here are a few pics I took on Saturday. Fun times!! Have a wonderful week ahead!!

Hey hey  everyone…a big good morning to you all! 🙂 Yay I am happy that football is back!! The Arizona Cardinals won yesterday so that was great! I just love this time of the year..the temps are finally cooling down here in the desert. We are finally back in the 90’s… what a horribly hot summer. Ugh! We had yet another storm roll through last night with lot of thunder and rain. It sucks because 2 of my dogs are so scared that I have to stay awake to keep them calm…needless to say I am a little sleepy today. Might have to get in a cat nap this afternoon. I wonder why most of the storms always hit at night? Weird! Not much new going on with me since I wrote last. Spending lots of time in the pool, cooking out, working out…just loving life really. I am a simple person…a very down to earth person so it doesn’t take much to keep me happy. 🙂 🙂 I love the little things like sipping coffee on my patio and listening to the birds. Dorky I know. I got my hair done last week and went with a new color. I LOVE it…it is a little darker with auburn highlights. Change is good. 😉 I am starting a new diet/workout program today and am super excited. I am in pretty good shape now, but I know I can be in much better. Damn this getting older thing sucks! However I feel great and that is what matters. It’s just a stupid number …right? 😉 I saw some friends Friday night that I have not seen in a long time…that was fun!! I took a couple pics but as you can see they totally suck. ha! They adopted a new dog and I had to go meet her. She is around 3 years old and her name is Allie. Sooooo cute and what a sweet dog. Remember to adopt…not shop!!! So many dogs and cats need homes, it breaks my heart to see them get passed up for new puppies. I know adoption is not always an option for everyone and I respect that. I will tell you …they make the best pets! They know you saved them. Alright…enough babble for today. I have a big to-do list so I am off. Have a wonderful Monday loves!
